Light Roast
Mexican                A light to medium body with mild acidity and balance, with delicate fruit and spice overtones. 
Peruvian            A high altitude coffee with a bright effervescent snap, a gentle sweetness and a medium body.
     City Roast (Medium)
Bolivian             A mild to medium body with a fruity, buttery sweetness and hints of bright cherry, apricot, and/or peach flavour.
Colombian        A well balanced coffee with a sweet, medium body and a bright, rich flavour. 
Ethiopian          A natural coffee where the coffee fruit dries on the bean, imparting the flavours of compote fruit and dark rich chocolate.  Hints of blueberry, cocoa, and cinnamon. 
     Full City Roast (Dark)
Guatemalan        A full body coffee, rich in flavour, and offers a smoky, complex cup.  Excellent floral tones and fruitiness, stunning acidity and hints of chocolate and cinnamon. 
Nicaraguan        A sweet, high acid coffee with a vibrant flavour; balanced with a good body and a smooth, tangy aftertaste.
Sumatran            An earthy, deep, complex, full-bodied coffee that exhibits low-acidity smoothness.  A creamy, sweet flavour with a touch of butterscotch & spice.
